It takes many hours to create the perfect curated itinerary, as such my fees are the following*:

Weekend - $500
1-2 Weeks - $750
3-4 Weeks - $1500
5-8 Weeks - $3000
9+ Weeks - Let's discuss.

*Once the itinerary has been completed and approved, I can offer some minor changes such as a change in hotel, or a change in tour recommendation in one city. A significant change will incur additional fees.

Transportation Planning
Getting around Japan can be complex! Your journey should be as remarkable as your destinations. If you’d like help navigating Japan’s extensive transportation network, I can manage the details for you. From bullet trains and buses to rental cars and city transport, I’ll ensure your travel is smooth and efficient.

Fee: $100 per week of travel

Shinkansen Ticket Delivery
While Shinkansen tickets can be purchased online through the Japan Railway website or third-party apps, these systems can sometimes be confusing. I offer a personal hand-delivery service, bringing your tickets directly to your hotel for added ease and peace of mind.

Fee: $150

Itinerary Review
Already created your Japan itinerary? I can review your plans and provide personalized insight to ensure your route and activities are well-optimized for your schedule.

Fee: $350 (less than half my standard tour planning rate, for a 1–2 week itinerary)
